First Sunday Weightlifting

On the first Sunday we will spend 90 minutes working on our skills with the Olympics lifts. From setup to finish we will take time to focus on key points for the particular movement for the day. After plenty of positional and skill work we will close out the day with some practice with the lifts through some complexes or just good old fashioned "see what you can hit today." Each month will vary. Class size will be limited to 6 to allow for extra personalized attention. This will also come with some video review following the session to give you items to work on going forward. Must register to attend.
